Quick programming note before we get to the good stuff: tomorrow at 1 PM ET I'm demo'ing The Beacon AI Seller Update System live on Zoom.
One hour, and you'll watch me build a seller report from nothing but a listing address.

The 5 most viral listings in America right now
We track listing views across every platform for the agents who use Beacon. The 100 listings on our leaderboard right now account for more than 1.1 million tracked views across Zillow, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
Here's who owns the top spot on each one.
1. Instagram: 50,253 views. 3360 SE Ankeny St, Portland, Oregon. A $4.995M five-bed listed by Carolyn Spurlock of Spurlock & Co. Instagram is where big, beautiful houses run up big, beautiful numbers.
Watch the launch reel and you'll see why.
2. YouTube: 34,934 views. 642 Park Ct, Santa Clara, California. Keith Walker of The Keith Walker Team, $2.95M, and it's already pending.
Watch the actual tour: that's the live count on the video itself, and the views didn't stop when the offer came in. That's the point. The next seller sees that number too.
3. Facebook: 34,268 views. 606 S Adams St, Lexington, Nebraska. Here's the one to study. It's not a mansion. It's a $235,000 four-bed, and Jacey Edson has it in front of 34,000 people on Facebook (see the post).
No luxury video budget, no drone fleet.
A modest listing in a small Nebraska town is outdrawing almost every million-dollar property in the country this week because local attention compounds on Facebook like nowhere else.
4. TikTok: 23,608 views. 7980 Castle Pines Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dorthy Sierra's $1.125M listing
(watch the TikTok). Vegas agents are quietly building a TikTok playbook the rest of the country hasn't caught onto yet: three of the top five TikTok listings on our leaderboard are in Nevada.
5. Zillow: 7,850+ views and 500+ saves. 17418 Kingsbury St, Granada Hills, California. A $1M three-bed listed by Jennifer Duque. More than 500 buyers have saved this home, and that's real demand you can put in front of a seller. But look at the view count: the biggest Zillow number in this email is about a sixth of the top Instagram number.
What this means: the portal is where buyers who are already searching go. The feed is where listings actually get seen.
The Portland house at #1 proves it by itself: 50,253 views on Instagram, 7,832 on its own Zillow page. Same house, six times the eyeballs.
If you're only reporting Zillow stats to your seller, you're underselling your own marketing by a factor of five or more.
What to do next: every listing you have is racking up numbers like these somewhere, right now. Your seller has no idea. Pull the views across every platform, put them in one place, and walk your seller through them on Friday: what happened, what it means, what's next.
That conversation is what keeps a listing past day 30, and it's what makes the price conversation a data conversation.
Every listing above was surfaced on the Beacon leaderboard.
Beacon pulls your listing's views from Zillow, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, so your seller sees the attention their home is getting and you get credit for the work you're already doing.
